1、室內環(huán)境

1. Indoor environment

①. 一般可選擇鋼質或鋁質普通型橋架,槽式或托盤式結構均可。

①.  Generally, steel or aluminum ordinary cable trays can be selected, and groove or tray structures are both acceptable.

②. 如需美觀,可以選擇裝飾型鋼橋架。

②.  For aesthetics, decorative steel bridge frames can be chosen.

③. 公共場所大跨距(>3米)情況下,應選用承重能力較強的復合型橋架。

③.  In public places with large spans (>3 meters), composite cable trays with strong load-bearing capacity should be selected.

2、腐蝕環(huán)境

2. Corrosive environment

①. 應優(yōu)先選擇玻璃鋼、環(huán)氧樹脂或熱浸鍍鋅處理的鋼質橋架。避免使用普通鋼質。

①.  Steel cable trays treated with fiberglass, epoxy resin, or hot-dip galvanizing should be given priority. Avoid using ordinary steel.

②. 橋架附件也應采用相應防腐材料。

②.  The accessories of the bridge should also use corresponding anti-corrosion materials.

③. 戶外腐蝕環(huán)境嚴重的,必須選用復合型環(huán)氧樹脂橋架或經熱浸鋅處理的鋼質型材。

③.  For outdoor environments with severe corrosion, composite epoxy resin cable trays or hot-dip galvanized steel profiles must be selected.

④. 熱浸鍍鋅處理可以提高鋼質橋架的抗腐蝕能力,適用于中等腐蝕環(huán)境。但在強腐蝕條件下,仍應優(yōu)先使用玻璃鋼或環(huán)氧樹脂材質。

④.  Hot dip galvanizing treatment can improve the corrosion resistance of steel cable trays and is suitable for moderate corrosive environments. However, under strong corrosive conditions, fiberglass or epoxy resin materials should still be prioritized for use.

⑤. 腐蝕環(huán)境下不建議使用普通冷軋鋼板或烤漆處理的橋架。

⑤.  It is not recommended to use ordinary cold-rolled steel plates or painted bridge frames in corrosive environments.

3、火災高危環(huán)境

3. High risk fire environment

①. 應選用阻燃型橋架,如環(huán)氧樹脂或玻璃鋼材質。

①.  Flame retardant cable trays, such as epoxy resin or fiberglass material, should be selected.

②. 避免使用普通鋼質或鋁質橋架。

②.  Avoid using ordinary steel or aluminum cable trays.

③. 大跨距情況下,阻燃等級高的復合型橋架。

③.  In the case of large spans, composite cable trays with high flame retardant ratings are preferred.

4、室外環(huán)境

4. Outdoor environment

①. 宜密封蓋板的復合型橋架,如玻璃鋼、鋼管套型等。這可以提供輕量化及優(yōu)異的抗腐蝕性能。

①.  It is advisable to choose composite cable trays with sealed cover plates, such as fiberglass and steel pipe sleeve types. This can provide lightweight and excellent corrosion resistance.

②. 也可以選擇經過熱浸鋅處理的鋼質開口型或封閉型橋架。熱浸鋅可提高橋架抗腐蝕性。但長期暴露在外仍需注意維護。

②.  You can also choose steel open or closed bridge frames that have been hot-dip galvanized. Hot dip galvanizing can improve the corrosion resistance of cable trays. However, long-term exposure still requires attention to maintenance.

③. 如果采用熱浸鋅鋼質橋架,可加裝蓋板改善防塵防雨效果。

③.  If hot-dip galvanized steel cable trays are used, cover plates can be installed to improve dust and rain resistance.

④. 大跨距情況下,優(yōu)先選用復合型橋架或鋼質行架。
