連接部位：檢查橋架的連接螺栓、連接板等是否松動(dòng)、脫落，連接部位的焊縫是否有開裂等問題。連接部位的穩(wěn)固性對(duì)于橋架在火災(zāi)后的整體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性關(guān)重要。

Connection parts: Check whether the connection bolts, connection plates, etc. of the bridge are loose or detached, and whether there are cracks in the welds of the connection parts. The stability of the connecting parts is crucial for the overall structural stability of the bridge after a fire.

支撐部件：查看支撐橋架的支架、吊架等是否變形、損壞，能否繼續(xù)承擔(dān)橋架及其上電纜的重量。若支撐部件受損，可能導(dǎo)致橋架垮塌，引發(fā)事故。

Supporting components: Check whether the brackets, hangers, etc. supporting the bridge are deformed or damaged, and whether they can continue to bear the weight of the bridge and the cables on it. 耐火性能評(píng)估

Fire resistance performance evaluation

維持工作時(shí)間：根據(jù)試驗(yàn)記錄，確定橋架在耐火試驗(yàn)中能夠維持其內(nèi)部電纜正常工作的時(shí)間，判斷是否達(dá)到規(guī)定的耐火等級(jí)要求。如規(guī)定耐火時(shí)間為 90 分鐘，而試驗(yàn)中橋架在 80 分鐘時(shí)就無法維持電纜正常工作，則未達(dá)到相應(yīng)耐火等級(jí)。

Maintaining working hours: Based on the test records, determine the time during which the bridge can maintain the normal operation of its internal cables in the fire resistance test, and judge whether it meets the specified fire resistance level requirements. If the specified fire resistance time is 90 minutes, and the cable tray cannot maintain normal operation of the cable after 80 minutes in the test, then the corresponding fire resistance level has not been reached.

隔熱效果：通過測(cè)量試驗(yàn)后橋架表面溫度分布，評(píng)估其隔熱性能。若橋架表面溫度過高，說明隔熱效果不佳，可能會(huì)對(duì)周圍環(huán)境和人員造成危害。

Thermal insulation effect: Evaluate the thermal insulation performance of the bridge by measuring the temperature distribution on the surface of the bridge after the test. If the surface temperature of the bridge is too high, it indicates poor insulation effect and may cause harm to the surrounding environment and personnel.

電氣性能評(píng)估

Electrical performance evaluation

絕緣性能：使用絕緣電阻測(cè)試儀測(cè)量橋架內(nèi)電纜的絕緣電阻，檢查絕緣性能是否下降。若絕緣電阻值低于規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可能存在漏電風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，影響電氣設(shè)備的運(yùn)行。

Insulation performance: Use an insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance of the cables inside the cable tray and check if the insulation performance has decreased. If the insulation resistance value is lower than the specified standard, there may be a risk of leakage, which affects the safe operation of electrical equipment.

接地性能：檢查橋架的接地系統(tǒng)是否完好，接地電阻是否符合要求。良好的接地性能對(duì)于保障人員和電氣設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行關(guān)重要。

材料性能評(píng)估

材質(zhì)變化：通過金相分析、化學(xué)成分檢測(cè)等手段，檢查橋架材料在高溫耐火試驗(yàn)后的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和化學(xué)成分變化。若材料性能發(fā)生明顯改變，可能影響橋架的長期使用性能。

Material changes: By means of metallographic analysis, chemical composition testing, and other methods, the microstructure and chemical composition changes of the bridge material after high-temperature fire resistance testing are inspected. If the material properties undergo significant changes, it may affect the long-term performance of the bridge.

防火材料性能：對(duì)防火涂層或防火填充材料進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試，如檢測(cè)其防火隔熱性能、粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度等是否仍滿足要求。

Fireproof material performance: Conduct performance tests on fireproof coatings or fireproof filling materials, such as testing whether their fireproof insulation performance, bonding strength, etc. still meet the requirements.

只有當(dāng)電纜橋架在外觀、結(jié)構(gòu)完整性、耐火性能、電氣性能以及材料性能等方面均符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求時(shí)，才能判定其在耐火試驗(yàn)后性能和質(zhì)量良好，可繼續(xù)投入使用或滿足相應(yīng)的工程需求。

Only when the cable tray meets the relevant standards and requirements in terms of appearance, structural integrity, fire resistance, electrical performance, and material performance, can it be judged that its performance and quality are good after the fire resistance test, and it can continue to be put into use or meet the corresponding engineering needs.
