橋架直線(xiàn)段之間、直線(xiàn)段與彎通、變徑直通之間的連接件，應(yīng)采用橋架制造廠(chǎng)配套的連接件。連接件薄鋼板厚度不應(yīng)小于橋架薄鋼板厚度。

接口應(yīng)平整，無(wú)扭曲、凸起和凹陷，連接用的半園頭鍍鋅螺栓，半園頭應(yīng)在橋架內(nèi)側(cè)，螺栓長(zhǎng)度適當(dāng)，擰緊之后，露出長(zhǎng)度以2～5牙為宜。水平安裝的橋架，其直線(xiàn)段的連接頭，應(yīng)盡量設(shè)在兩個(gè)支吊架之間的1/4左右處。

改制和切斷直線(xiàn)段橋架時(shí)，均不得用氣、電焊切割，應(yīng)用專(zhuān)用切割工具。改制的橋架一定要平整，及時(shí)補(bǔ)漆，面漆顏色應(yīng)與其它橋架相近。

要跨越伸縮縫的橋架少一側(cè)有較長(zhǎng)的直線(xiàn)段，宜超過(guò)30m，或伸縮縫兩側(cè)直線(xiàn)段橋架相加有30m，中間無(wú)水平或垂直彎通。以便于在橋架中留電纜(或電線(xiàn))的伸縮余量，這個(gè)余量應(yīng)大于伸縮縫寬L。
