（1）支架和吊架所用鋼材應(yīng)平整，無明顯扭曲。出料后的長度偏差在3mm范圍內(nèi)，切口無卷曲、毛刺。

(1) The steel used for supports and hangers shall be flat without obvious distortion. The length deviation after discharging shall be within 3mm, and the notch shall be free of curl and burr.

（2）鋼托架和吊架焊接牢固，無顯著變形，焊前厚度超過4mm的托架，鐵材開坡口，焊接均勻平整，焊接長度應(yīng)符合要求，不得產(chǎn)生龜裂、蝕端、氣孔、凹陷、焊接泄漏等缺陷。

電纜支架的層間允許較小距離，當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)無規(guī)定時，但層間凈距不應(yīng)小于兩倍電纜外徑加10mm,35kV及以上高壓電纜不應(yīng)小于2倍電纜外徑加50mm。

（4）支架與吊架的規(guī)格一般不應(yīng)小于扁鋼30mm X 3mm,角鋼25mmX 25mmX 3mm。

電纜支架應(yīng)安裝牢固，橫平豎直；托架、支吊架的固定方式應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行。各支架的同層橫擋應(yīng)在同一水平面上，其高低偏差不應(yīng)大于5mm。托架、支吊架沿橋架走向左右的偏差不應(yīng)大于10mm,在有坡度的電纜溝內(nèi)或建筑物上安裝的電纜支架，應(yīng)有與電纜溝或建筑物相同的坡度。電纜支架上層及下層溝頂、樓板或溝底、地面的距離。

（5）嚴(yán)禁用電氣焊切割鋼結(jié)構(gòu)或輕鋼龍骨任何部位。
