At present, the cable bridge elbow used in power construction is generally processed by the cable bridge factory before leaving the factory. However, due to the different conditions on the construction site, some projects need to process the cable bridge elbow according to local conditions, which requires the installation personnel to have some basic knowledge of construction to be competent. The cable bridge in construction site can be roughly divided into main bridge and bracket. The main bridge frame is designed by the design institute and constructed according to the drawings; the branch frame is the cable bracket which is led from the main bridge frame to the local equipment, without drawings, and is designed by the constructors according to the site conditions. Commonly used elbow types include: up and down jump 45 degrees, vertical up and down elbow, horizontal tee, etc.

1.自制的電纜橋架彎頭、跳彎、三通的連接處，應(yīng)先在內(nèi)側(cè)進(jìn)行點(diǎn)焊固定并把毛刺藥皮打磨干凈，外側(cè)應(yīng)平整，縫隙應(yīng)盡量小且鋸口處平整整齊。

1. The joint of elbow, jump and tee of self-made cable bridge frame should be fixed by spot welding on the inner side and polished with burr coating. The outer side should be smooth, and the gap should be as small as possible and the saw edge should be smooth and neat.

2.電纜橋架彎頭對(duì)接無錯(cuò)邊，焊接后的對(duì)口處應(yīng)打磨平整、光潔，不應(yīng)有損傷電纜絕緣層的毛刺、銳邊等棱角。

3.在托盤式電纜橋架內(nèi)加鋼筋時(shí)，采用增加Φ6-8MM圓鋼，內(nèi)、外側(cè)都應(yīng)補(bǔ)刷油漆。刷油漆前，應(yīng)把藥皮，焊渣清理干凈。

4.多層電纜橋架的自制三通及彎頭安裝完成后，折角應(yīng)在垂直的統(tǒng)一直線上。

5.所有自制彎頭制作完成后，應(yīng)在切割、打磨、焊接處刷防銹漆，再刷與橋架顏色相同面漆。
